                    旋膜式除氧器與噴霧填料式、淋水盤式等其它類型的熱力除氧器在遙遙能上存在著根本遙遙的不同,其關鍵之處在于其噴淋結構造成的汽水傳熱傳質(zhì)方式,凝結水及補充水進入除氧頭內(nèi)旋膜器組水室,在0.2MPa的壓力下從旋膜管的小孔斜旋噴向內(nèi)壁,形成射流,由于內(nèi)孔充滿了上升的加熱蒸汽,水在射流運動中便將大量的加熱蒸汽吸卷進來(經(jīng)試驗證明射流運動具有卷吸作用),在遙遙短時間內(nèi)很小的行程上產(chǎn)生劇烈的混合加熱作用,水溫大幅度提升,而旋轉的水沿著旋膜管內(nèi)孔壁自上向下繼續(xù)下旋,形成一層紙一樣薄的水膜裙,旋膜裙與加熱蒸汽熱交換充分,此時水傳熱傳質(zhì)遙遙理想,水溫達到飽和溫度。
