                    真空除氧器的原理是基于亨利定律，即在封閉容器中，氣體在水中的溶解量與該氣體在水面上的分壓力成正比。水在沸騰時(shí)，水面上蒸汽的分壓力增加，溶解于水中的氣體分壓力隨之減小，當(dāng)水面上充滿了水蒸汽時(shí)，水不再具有溶解氣體的能力，水中所溶解的氣體就析出。從水的飽和溫度特遙遙可知，在真空狀態(tài)下低溫水也能沸騰。真空除氧就是利用這一特遙遙達(dá)到除去氣體（包括氧氣）的目的。
