處理一、除氧器振動
　　根據(jù)當(dāng)時運行方式分析水量、水位、疏水量、負荷是否過大、以及除氧頭內(nèi)部是否發(fā)生損壞等。一般應(yīng)適當(dāng)降低負荷、汽壓、放慢升溫、升壓速度、減少進水量、手動調(diào)節(jié)水位等。
處理二、起動時進汽管發(fā)生沖擊
　　可能是管道疏水不充分引起，應(yīng)加強疏水,適當(dāng)降低汽溫，待暖管充分后再升壓。
處理三、水源瞬時中斷，蒸汽發(fā)生倒回
　　應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉水門，待正常后再緩慢開啟。
