                  Introduction to Titanium Tube:


                  The titanium tube used for tube replacement is lightweight, high in strength, and has higher mechanical energy. It is applied to heat exchange equipment, such as tubular heat exchangers, coil heat exchangers, serpentine heat exchangers, condensers, condensers, oil coolers, chillers, evaporators, and conveying pipelines. The nuclear power industry uses titanium tubes as the standard tubes for its units. Due to the corrosion caused by seawater, titanium tubes are commonly used as cooling devices for heat exchange tubes in large power plants. Some power plants should use titanium pipes for water with chloride ion content above 500. Copper pipes are used for chloride ion content below 500, and stainless steel pipes are used for chloride ion content below 200.

                  Technical Requirements


                  1. The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy pipes should comply with the provisions of GB/T3620.1. When the purchaser re inspects, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition of Mingkun Titanium Industry should comply with the provisions of GB/T3620.2.


                  The allowable deviation of the outer diameter of the pipe should comply with the regulations in Table.


                  3. The allowable deviation of pipe wall thickness should not exceed ± 12.5% of its nominal wall thickness, and the allowable deviation of pipe wall thickness is not applicable to the welds of titanium welded pipes.


                  The length of the pipe should comply with the provisions in Table 2.


                  5. The fixed length or double length of the pipe should be within its indefinite length range. The allowable deviation of the fixed length is+10mm, and the double length should also be included in the cutting amount of the pipe. Each cutting amount should be 5mm.
